At The JK But Gay Show, we want you to love your merch as much as we love making it. To stay transparent with our community, it is important to know that we partner with Printify to fulfill our orders.
Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is unique and produced only once you order it. For this reason, our policy is strictly dictated by our manufacturing partner's terms.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing error, we want to make it right. Because we partner with Printify for all our fulfillment, they handle the quality claim process directly to ensure you get a reprint or refund as quickly as possible. Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.
- How to Report an Issue Directly to Printify:
- Step 1: Locate your order confirmation email to find your Order ID.
- Step 2: Visit the Printify Order Issue Page.
- If you run into any trouble with the Printify form, reach out to us directly at jkbutgay@gmail.com and we’ll help you navigate the process.
- Step 3: Use the “Submit issue” form provided on their site.
- Step 4: Provide a clear photo showing the specific issue with the product.
- Step 5: If multiple items using the same design are affected, please include a photo or video where all items are visible in one frame for their team to confirm.

Size, Color, and "Change of Mind"
- Because every item is custom-made for you at the time of purchase, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color or changed your mind after the order was processed.

Shipping & Placement Variations
- Delivery Issues: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an address error or being "unclaimed," you may opt for a reprint (extra charges will apply) or a partial refund.
- Print Placement: For our direct-to-garment (DTG) apparel, please note there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations are a natural part of the custom printing process and are not considered defects.

- Once a refund is approved by Printify, we will issue the refund directly to your original payment method via Shopify.
