Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting The JK But Gay Show! We are proud to partner with Printify to bring you high-quality, custom-made merchandise. Because each item is printed especially for you once an order is placed, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional retail.

1. Production & Processing Times

Before your order ships, it must be printed and prepared for delivery.

  • Production Time: Most items are produced within 2–7 business days.

  • Total Turnaround: Please account for both production time and shipping time when estimating your delivery date.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer several shipping tiers depending on the specific product and print provider:

  • Economy: 4–8 business days (US only).

  • Standard: 2–5 business days (Domestic US); 10–30 business days (International).

  • Priority/Express: 2–3 business days (Available for select items only).

Note: For orders with multiple different items, your gear may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are being fulfilled by specialized print providers in different locations.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to most locations worldwide; however, delivery times and costs vary significantly by region.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Address Accuracy & Unsuccessful Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • If a package is returned to the printer due to an incorrect address or because it was "unclaimed," we can offer a reprint (extra shipping charges will apply) or a partial refund.

  • Printify and The JK But Gay Show are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy to report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
